Shipping & Fulfillment

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment. All items ship from California, so West Coast orders usually arrive even faster.

Q: When will my order be fulfilled?

Orders placed before 5 PM (PST) ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday, as postal carriers do not operate over the weekend.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders ship for free within the United States.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At the moment, MORBA only ships within the U.S.

Sizing, Fit, & Product Care

Q: How do the shirts fit?

All MORBA shirts are designed with a slight oversized fit, not huge, just clean and intentional. For the best look, order your true size.

Q: Will the shirt shrink?

No, as long as you wash with cold water and air dry or tumble on low heat. Heat drying can cause minimal shrinkage and may also age the graphic faster.

Q: How should I wash my MORBA shirt?

To keep your shirt looking its best:

Turn it inside out

Wash in cold water

Use low heat or air dry

This helps prevent fading, cracking, or peeling.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, MORBA collects state sales tax, which is added at checkout.

Q: Are your designs original?

Yes, every graphic is hand-designed by a professional graphic designer specifically for MORBA.

Q: Where are your products shipped from?

All inventory is kept in-house in California for fast fulfillment with no long wait times or overseas delays.

Q: Are items ready to ship or made-to-order?

All products are ready to ship. Nothing is outsourced or printed after you order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, if there is an issue on our end, you are fully protected.

Q: What if I receive the wrong size or a defective item?

If you receive an item with a major printing flaw or the wrong size was shipped by mistake, we will provide a full refund. Clear photo or video proof is required so we can review the issue and make it right.

Q: Do I need to ship the item back?

No. We do not require returns for defective or incorrect orders. Once your claim is approved, your refund is issued. There's no shipping back, no hassle.
